Worship is a time when we celebrate and explore our connection to God. The services include prayers, songs, reading from the Bible and usually a sermon which seeks to connect the wisdom of scripture to the realities of our lives.
Service Times
Most Sundays, we meet at 10:30.
Communion
We usually have Communion five times a year during the morning service. We also have Communion on Christmas Eve and some other special occasions.
Nursery
Care for young children is provided during the service. We usually have a youth or adult volunteer who looks after young children in a nursery room. There is also the option for a play area at the back of the worship area. The sounds of young children do not bother the worship leadership!
Children
Children (ages 4-11) will be invited to attend Sunday School
Youth
Youth (ages 12-18) may also meet during the service. Some weeks there are gatherings for the youth and some weeks they join with the children for a multi-age program.
Sermons
Music
Our services are replete with music: hymns, anthems, worship songs, child-friendly music.
The choir rehearses on Sunday morning at 9:30 A.M., and welcomes all voice types, ability to sight read not required.
Together we explore and perform engaging music from a wide range of musical styles.
